Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and at the same time the team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having a great office in Bydgoszcz. For one of our most recognizable mobile game development teams, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Creative Motion Designer. What are your duties?

Editing video clips by spitting, combining, adding sounds and/or graphics and additional details,
Editing and managing various post-production video projects and assets,
Following specific video scripts while keeping own sense of creativity,
Watching the finished product to assure the quality of clips before the final review,
Creating shorts for different platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.),
Following and maintaining pipelines and technical requirements,
Cooperating with the production team, designers as well as User Acquisition Managers,
Communicating with other team members to improve the readability of visual storytelling,
Keeping track of the latest video editing trends,
In close cooperation with UA Managers and Project Manager, collecting and tracking information around each creative produced,
Following current trends, using Snapchat, and TikTok (nice to have),
Following the world of boxing and martial arts (nice to have).

What should you offer?

Previous experience (about 0,5-2 years combined) in a similar role (Motion Designer, Video Editor, Marketing Specialist, Social Media Specialist, etc.) creating audiovisual materials for marketing purposes,
Solid knowledge of editing principles needed to create dynamic videos (especially shorts) based on received materials,
Hands-on experience in using various social media platform editors (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.), especially for marketing purposes,
Experience creating user acquisition ads on different social media platforms,
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially good skills and hands-on experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro,
Additional experience with Photoshop and Illustrator will be a plus,
High attention to detail with an ability to assure the best quality of created videos,
Strong marketing and creative skills with an ability to follow market trends and create eye-catching clips,
An ability to work both alone and with various team members,
Passion for mobile games - especially sports and fighting genres (nice to have),
Knowledge about boxing and martial arts (nice to have).
