The Unity Workplace Experience (WE)team focuses on making everyone feels at home from the moment they enter the Unity office. In this role, you will be the face of the Calgary office for all employees and visitors.

With the WE team at Unity, you can develop professionally along an individual contributor growth path. You will be able to develop the continuous skills and behaviours needed to progress along the job levels.

What you’ll be doing

Attend to reception desk and efficiently welcome any and all visitors
Be responsible for site specific security protocols for visitors, candidates, and employees;
Maintain office supplies by checking stock to settle inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail while also being the main point of contact for deliveries and other vendors
Workplace events support

You might also have

Experience working in service industries
First Aid/AED/CPR Training and Certification
Proficient IT skills and familiarity with all common software applications and have ability to learn new platforms quickly.
