As our new Local IT Technician (f/m/d) at Ubisoft Mainz, you are responsible for delivering support for the local site employees. You enable production to deliver great games via your superb IT service to enrich players' lives.Â
What you will do:Â
•   Offer on-site and remote support to end users within the local responsibility
•   Incidents and Requests management
•   Manage local infrastructure (servers and network) where required
•   Ensure approved security best practices and policies are being appliedÂ
•   Provisioning and maintaining the employees work environment
•   Interact with external vendors regarding support requests
•   Strive to continually improve IT policies and processes
•   Provide support for events & meetings
•   Support employees during equipment moves
•   Maintain the IT asset inventory
•   Build and update documentation
