About the Role

As a Game Designer - Multiplayer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the core gameplay of party casual mobile games, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging online multiplayer gaming experiences for players.

 What you will do

• Design and Development: Responsible for the core gameplay design of party casual mobile games, including online multiplayer interactive mechanisms, ensuring the game's fun and innovation.
• Market and Player Research: Analyze market trends and player needs, continuously optimize game design to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with art, tech, operations, and other teams to ensure game design aligns with overall project goals.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create game prototypes and conduct internal testing and player feedback collection, continuously improving the game experience.
• Project Management: Develop and track project progress, ensuring high-quality delivery of design solutions within budget and time frames.

Qualifications

Must have: 

• Experience Requirement: At least 3 years of game core gameplay design experience, experience in online multiplayer gameplay design, with a preference for the casual party game sector.
• Professional Skills: Proficient in game design tools and prototyping software, possessing rich game gameplay design and innovation capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate cooperation among cross-functional teams.
• Market Acumen: Sharp insight into the gaming market, able to predict and grasp player trends and demands.

Nice to have:

• Experience in MOD creation, UGC creation,
• Seasoned player of party games
• Enthusiast of trendy music, dance and sport.
