About Swish
Swish is building the next generation of basketball training — combining computer vision, smart sensors, AI analytics, and youth-driven gamification.
We’re creating the world’s first verified Player ID, real-time multi-shooter tracking system, and an engagement layer inspired by Gen-Z apps, gaming, and sports culture. Our users range from youth players in academies to NBA development pipelines.
We already have a strong brand language — now we need someone who can translate it into youth-centric mobile UI that feels exciting, modern, shareable, and addictive.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a mobile-first UX/UI Designer with proven experience designing B2C consumer apps targeting youth (Gen-Z, teens, young athletes).
This is not a corporate design role — we need someone who understands youth behavior, visual language, pace, and expectations.
Think: TikTok aesthetic meets sports-tech meets gamified progression.
You will lead the UX and UI of the Swish mobile app and shape how millions of young players interact with the product.
What You’ll Do
UX
Own end-to-end UX for the Swish mobile app
Build flows for onboarding, queue, sessions, Player ID, badges, challenges, and social sharing
Convert complex sports metrics (streaks, precision, shot maps) into simple youth-friendly interfaces
Help build Swish’s design system and component library
UI
Apply and evolve our brand language into vibrant, youth-centric UI
Design fun, bold interfaces appealing to ages 8–20
Create visual assets: badges, cards, streak animations, progress meters
Work with motion designers and product on micro-animations and game-like interactions
Ensure app looks “native” to youth culture: energetic, shareable, expressive
Deliver clean, developer-ready components in Figma
