Square Enix Collective Studio is looking for a Brand Coordinator to join their London based team dedicated to helping indie developers bring their games to market. This role will support the Brand Specialist and the wider Collective Studio Team to project manage day-to-day with our development partners, games in development, through release and beyond in collaboration with the wider Square Enix Teams worldwide.

Requirements

Roles, Responsibilities and KPIs:

  • Support the Collective Studio Team to deliver projects and games on time and budget.

  • Participate in managing relationships and collaborate with partners such as agencies, internal teams across time zones and with development partners in the process of development, release, and post launch support for titles in the Collective Studio portfolio.

  • Day-to-day project management, proactive planning supported by the Brand Specialist.

  • Leading asset management, including briefing and versioning with internal and external partners.

  • Consolidating feedback from multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Support Brand Specialist by contributing to brand plans, development of campaign calendars, briefing and working directly with internal teams as the product champion.

  • Support digital stores management, including asset creation, delivery, and regular reviews for quality control.

  • Copywriting and creative work to support social media and store assets.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Gaming industry experience, interest in indie games, passionate gamer.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.

  • Creative mind set, able to think differently, offer creative insight.

  • Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Premier is desirable.
