Your Mission

As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our games. You will collaborate with teams across departments/studios to meet deadlines, handle resources to stay within production limitations, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Running the execution of the game development process to produce high quality content.

  • Working with development team(s) to define and meet project landmarks.

  • Accountable for crafting and maintaining project plans and schedules.

  • Running project resources and needs to meet production schedules and budgets.

  • Recommending and implementing new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve on-time or on-budget delivery.

  • Ensuring all vital project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

  • Establishing and maintaining a productive and communicative working environment.

  • Identifying and resolving issues between schedule and design goals.

Player Profile

  • At least 4+ years’ experience in the entertainment software industry in a project management, production, or coordination role.

  • Production experience of the life-cycle of video-game software development of at least one published title on console, PC and/or Mobile platforms.

  • Ability to complete root cause analysis and suggest solutions for removing such inefficiencies.

  • Ability to foresee, communicate and handle risks and obstacles with all collaborators.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience running either internal or external development teams.

  • Solid ability to work under rapid development cycles.

  • Able to successfully employ standard software development tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence etc…

Extra Points:

  • Experience supporting UI and/or UX teams through development

  • Confirmed experience with project management software, including project life-cycle models, risk assessment, and team management/motivation.

  • Creation of development planning tools to support various project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.)

  • Project Management training and certification.
