Side SΓ£o Paulo is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid track record of managing the creation, management, and delivery of quality products from start to finish. This is a key role supporting our delivery teams with a range of tasks, projects, and initiatives. As the Project Manager, you will own and manage the global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage QA-focused projects across multiple teams (Firmware QA, Client QA, Automation).
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, earning trust through empathy and consistent communication.
  • Regularly check in with team members and client managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or blockers before they impact delivery.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized project environment and track team preferences and conflicts.
  • Understand team challenges and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct group training sessions and coach/mentor team members to elevate QA practices.
  • Survey teams and develop strategies to enhance performance and collaboration.
  • Manage JIRA workflows, run queries, and ensure accurate tracking of tasks.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Maintain high proficiency in Outlook for calendar and meeting management.
  • Understand QA processes, software development lifecycle, and hardware integration.
  • Assisting finance in gathering data for billing.
  • Checking in with a software team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management with a focus on Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Portuguese and English)
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and demonstrate patience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and analyze JIRA Data (JQL), PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Perform light IT troubleshooting and track hardware shipments as needed.
  • Comfortable giving presentations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Advanced data analysis skills for QA metrics and reporting.
