As a Junior Localisation Coordinator, you'll support our post-production team by outsourcing and transcribing daily 'As Rec' scripts and checking files to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.
β’ Proofread and QA-check audio files against dialogue scripts using transcription.
β’ Maintain and update the 'As Recorded' script, adding notes per line to flag issues such as mispronunciation, incorrect text, or grammar errors.
β’ Work across multiple localisation game projects in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Understand and follow individual project specifications to help meet deliverables and deadlines.
β’ Ensure accurate tracking of content and assets throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Collaborate effectively with the post-production team and support training of LQA freelancers.
β’ Stay calm and positive during busy periods while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and proactively report issues affecting quality or timelines.
β’ Fluent in English and one other language (bonus).
β’ MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
β’ Strong organisational skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
β’ Great attention to detail, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
