Technical Designer [Contract]

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: 

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and artists to implement game UI flows and elements, front-end menus and features, and assemble in-game and pre-rendered cinematics.
• Use our proprietary scripting tools, as well as other industry standard tools, to construct systems and assets within technical constraints.
• Participate in developing workflows and new or enhanced technical tools.
• Maintain positive momentum with the work and team members during production.
• Produce clear design documentation.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: 

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working on action-adventure game titles.
• A working knowledge of standard industry game engines, toolsets and production pipelines.
• Willingness to be open and flexible when collaborating with others to achieve creative goals.
• Strong organizational, communication and influencing skills.
• Passion for Nintendo and Retro titles preferred.
• Include examples of prior work or have it available upon request.
