Job Responsibilities :

The Site Reliability cum DevOps intern will be involved in the process of exploring, designing, and building platform tools such as CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure orchestration that improves the reliability, uptime, and auto-recovery of cloud-native microservices.

Job Scope

• Design, build, and support platforms to ensure high availability and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure

• Coordinate and communicate with platform engineers and developers to understand and refine project goals

• Participate in incident management process and post-mortem to understand the role SRE and platform team plays in supporting production systems.

Learning Opportunities

• Technologies like HTTP, RESTful services, Cloud native production systems, monitoring and observability tools, CDN, and Security best practices.

• Experience supporting and developing for production cloud infrastructures

• Exposure to JIRA and SCRUM workflow

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma students in Computer Science, Computer Eng, Information Systems or related field

• Familiarity with at least 1 of these programming language: Go, Python, Node.js

• Comfortable using Linux Shell

• Basic understanding of Web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, RESTful services, TCP/IP networking

• Basic understanding of containers like Docker or Kubernetes will be a bonus

• Interns who are able to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months are preferred
