Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization’s strategic hiring needs. This role plays a key role in ensuring the acquisition of top talent while maintaining seamless recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions and critical roles, from requisition to offer.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive talent sourcing strategies.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes efficiently.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate database.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in [industry].

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
