Own the global frameworks for talent management, performance cycles, goal setting/OKRs, succession planning, and manager enablement.Â
Coordinate and harmonize global program calendars, ensuring alignment, clarity, and readiness across regions.Â
Partner with regional HR teams to guide implementation while ensuring consistency and global standards (regions run execution; you own the system).Â
