Product Support Intern – System

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to Razer products and software.

  • Work closely with Software Development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

  • Use JQL or SQL and Power BI for data analytics and reporting to provide clear insights on issue trends to internal stakeholders.

  • Use AI tools to analyze RMA data, identify trends, and evaluate whether product improvements are effective by monitoring changes in RMA patterns over time.

  • Maintain clear documentation of findings, workflows, and learning outcomes.
     

Learning Objectives

  • Gain hands-on experience supporting products in a global, fast-moving tech environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams across regions.

  • Develop a practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for gaming hardware and software.

  • Strengthen skills in SQL / JQL, data analysis, Power BI dashboards, and issue trend reporting.

  • Learn how AI tools and automation can enhance product support efficiency and customer experience.

  • Cultivate a proactive self-learning mindset, including researching solutions independently and leveraging available technologies.

  • Gain deeper exposure to the gaming industry and Razer’s role as an industry leader.
     

Pre-Requisites

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience using JQL or SQL.

  • Willingness to learn and experiment with AI-based productivity and support tools (training and guidance will be provided).

  • Familiarity with Razer software and peripherals is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate patterns or trends.

  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship for optimal learning exposure.
