The Opportunity
We are seeking a Payment Operations Analyst (Entry Level) to join the Global Payments team in Tokyo.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional interested in learning how digital payments work within one of the world’s leading entertainment brands.
You will start by learning PlayStation’s payments systems, supporting basic operational processes such as transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and data reporting. Over time, you’ll develop analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, contributing to continuous improvement across global payments operations.

By the end of the first year, the analyst will have developed a strong understanding of Payments fundamentals and PlayStation’s payment operations. At the end of year one, you will be expected to pass the CPFPP (https://certification.merchantriskcouncil.org). You will also have foundational data skills to measure checkout performance and support future growth in payments or analytics.
