We are seeking Junior Video Designers who aspires to create engaging videos and advertisements for games recognized by millions of players worldwide. If you live and breathe games, are inspired by technology, and know how to transform ideas into dynamic visual stories, you belong with us.

Tasks

Bringing hypotheses and creative ideas to life using all available tools — from classic to AI
Searching for new technologies and approaches, and testing and implementing them into the workflow
Analyzing ideas in depth to understand the essence of the task, point out weak spots, and propose the best solutions
Optimizing processes to propose effective solutions for speed and quality

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in video production
Proficiency in After Effects and at least one 3D tool (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
An understanding and good command of composition, pacing/visual rhythm, and the principles of animation
An interest in game marketing, video advertising, and storytelling
Proficiency in AI tools for accelerating workflow and working with video generation
A love for games—not just mobile ones, but for the industry as a whole

Preferred

Experience with Unity, Unreal, Spine, Houdini, TB Harmony, and so on
Relevant education (directing, animation, art/fine arts)
Experience in gamedev — if you've already encountered the production of game creatives or worked on game projects
