The Role:
As a Sr Sourcing Deputy, you will play a crucial role in executing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving
cost efficiencies. The focus will be on strategic sourcing and supplier management, including negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.

Your Qualifications and Skills:
Track record in FG sourcing and supplier management with good understanding of different manufacturing processes.
Proven experience in sourcing roles, with a focus on the China market and ODM/JDMÂ Â business.
Good understanding of different product category and related manufacturing processes.
Strong experience and understanding of the global sourcing process and cost structure breakdown analysis
Strong negotiation skills and a successful track record of contract and supplier management.
Deep understanding of the PC industry, market trends, and supplier landscape.
Strong business sense and able to react fast to the market trends or customer requests.
Able to liaise with BG and JDM/ODM supplier for new business opportunities
Superior written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in
English/Mandarin are required
Data oriented with strong analytical skills
With Keyboards / Mice / Headsets / Speakers sourcing experience is a Plus.Â
With working experience in TOP EMS is a plus.
Must be Pro-active and Result Driven / Oriente
