This role is key to shaping Logitech’s presence across European distribution and specialist reseller channels, supporting continued revenue growth through impactful joint marketing programs and high-value partnerships.

As the Distribution & Specialist Reseller Marketing Manager, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role in accelerating Logitech for Business growth through our distribution partners, specialist resellers, and Global System Integrator (GSI) channels. Your focus will be on designing and executing high-impact, scalable marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each partner segment. All initiatives will be closely aligned with business objectives to drive measurable results.

You will work in partnership with cross-functional teams—including channel sales, product, and country marketing—to guide campaign strategy and execution. Through these collaborations, you will lead go-to-market programs that maximize sell-out, foster strong partner relationships, and reinforce Logitech’s position as a leader in business solutions.

In this role you will:

Strategic Partner Marketing Execution

  • Develop and implement centralised distributor marketing campaigns to boost sell-out and engagement with managed and unmanaged channel partners.

  • Design and deploy scalable, replicable marketing toolkits and campaign resources for distribution partners, ensuring brand consistency and strong demand generation.

  • Align marketing initiatives with regional channel requirements and business priorities, leveraging business insights and opportunities.

GSI & Specialist Reseller Co-Marketing

  • Lead tailored co-marketing programs with GSI and specialist resellers, adapting approaches to their specific business models and solution portfolios.

  • Collaborate with reseller marketing teams to develop joint messaging, audience segmentation, and high-impact activation plans.

  • Support partner-led events, product launches, account-based campaigns, and solution-focused marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for distributor and GSI partner leadership, fostering trust and strategic alignment.

  • Maintain regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners to drive sustained collaboration and readiness.

  • Connect continuously with global, product, and country marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Define clear KPIs and success metrics for all partner marketing programs.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders, using performance data for ongoing optimisation.

  • Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF/co-op funds with financial discipline and accuracy, ensuring effective use and compliance.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Experience: Relevant years of experience, preferably 7 years or more in channel, distribution, or partner marketing roles, with proven success in designing and scaling integrated campaigns for distributors, VARs, or GSIs.

  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner go-to-market strategies, and collaborative marketing best practices.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing campaign data, measuring ROI, and optimising marketing budgets for maximum results.

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.

  • Project Leadership: Advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution development capabilities.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages, such as Dutch or Polish, are a plus).

  • Experience in a global or matrixed technology organisation.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo).

  • Previous exposure to partner-led marketing models, especially specialist reseller or GSI frameworks.

  • Additional fluency in Dutch or Polish.
