As a Hosting Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with their game servers or hosting services. You’ll provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support across multiple channels, including live chat, Discord tickets, and billing panel tickets. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting common issues, guiding customers through setup and management, and escalating complex technical problems when needed. You’ll also help maintain and improve our knowledge base, ensuring our customers always have access to clear, up-to-date information.

Work Hours and Location

This role has fixed work hours of 5 AM UTC to 12 PM UTC, 5 days a week

You'll need to be based in the UK, USA, Canada, or the EU.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, Discord, and billing panel tickets.

- Diagnose and resolve common hosting, configuration, and connection issues.

- Escalate advanced or urgent issues to senior support or technical teams.

- Help keep the knowledge base accurate and up to date with new guides and FAQs.

- Provide friendly, patient, and professional support at all times.

- Report any common questions or issues to our dev team. Allowing us to improve our service

Ideal Skills & Experience

- Experience with Minecraft and game server hosting or general technical support.

- Strong written communication and customer service skills.

- Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Comfortable using ticket systems, chat tools, and Discord moderation tools.
