Keywords is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join and support our Vendor Master Data team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and master data management in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will support the Vendor Master Data team in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our vendor records.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of vendor master data records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all relevant systems.
Support in the validation of vendor information, including legal name, address, tax identification number, banking details, and other relevant data points.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g HR,production,) to gather necessary vendor information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to vendor master data.
Support in the development and maintenance of documentation related to vendor master data processes and procedures.

Technical Skills

Currently reading for / or having just completed a Degree in Foreign Languages or similar
Attentive to detail
Accurate data inputting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English
Conversational level in Italian and French is an asset
