Weare looking for a highly creative, data-driven Social Media and Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube—developing engaging content, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating closely with our internal design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), including managing content calendars and monitoring trends.

  • Content Creation: Craft compelling social media posts and campaign content that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.

  • Paid Campaigns: Launch and monitor paid campaigns across platforms and optimize performance.

  • Website Content Support: Assist in updating website content via WordPress or other CMS platforms, ensure timely and accurate updates across key sections.

  • Design Collaboration: Create simple visual materials hands-on—such as social media graphics or campaign visuals—using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. Collaborate closely with the internal design team, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines.

  • Analytics & Performance: Track social and website performance using analytics tools

  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide support across the marketing team as needed, contributing to areas like event coordination, and campaign.



Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media and content-focused roles within iGaming, AdTech, FinTech, or similarly fast-paced industries.

  • Social & Content Expertise: Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies, audience engagement, and paid social campaign management

  • Design Proficiency: Solid experience working with designers and using creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma).

  • Content Management: Familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress) and a basic understanding of SEO - an advantage.

  • Analytical Mindset: Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

  • Exceptionally fluent in English—both written and spoken.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication - Comfortable working with remote, international teams. Demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills across time zones and different cultures.
