In this role, you’ll investigate real gameplay footage, detect fraud and irregular behavior, and help protect the integrity of live gaming operations used by players worldwide.
Why this role is different
You will own the sole Risk function during European hours, with full responsibility and visibility
Work closely with the Risk Manager, with direct exposure to decision-making
Work remotely with a high level of autonomy and trust
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed investigations of gameplay footage and studio recordings to identify fraud, errors, or irregular behavior
Analyze findings, document cases, and manage incidents through Jira
Identify patterns and recurring issues to support stronger risk controls and operational improvements
Escalate critical findings and collaborate with the Risk Manager on high-priority cases
Contribute to the development of monitoring processes, documentation, and internal best practices
Working Hours: Office Hours with flexibility for global environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud Investigation, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical thinking with solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
High level of focus and attention to detail, especially when reviewing video-based content
Clear written and verbal English communication
Advantages:
Background in online gaming, fraud prevention, or banking risk
Familiarity with Jira for case management
Experience working with video surveillance systems or operational video footage.
