Social Media Admin - RoV (Contract)

Job Description

• Create basic content in text, image, or video formats to support community communication
• Monitor and engage with player communities across Facebook, TikTok, and X
• Collect and consolidate player feedback, sentiment, and pain points
• Provide weekly reports and insights to internal stakeholders to support product and content improvements
• Track trends, conversations, and competitive topics within the MOBA community
• Respond to community inquiries and clarify common issues when necessary
• Support Community and LiveOps teams during campaigns, updates, and patch cycles

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with RoV game (at least Diamond rank) and Social Media channels
• Basic English communication skills
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Self-driven mindset and willingness to learn
• Fresh graduates are welcome
