As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in leading and managing the daily operations of the game. Besides, you will also be the listener to our community, ensuring that their needs are being attended to.

Job Responsibilities

Build strategies to grow a specific market for Free Fire and drive relevant KPIs
Assist manager and lead producer to manage Free Fire with accountability for its performance in that market
Review and analyse key game metrics and contribute to operation strategy-setting
Establish partnerships to deepen and broaden Garena’s engagement with the community in the market
Localize and execute initiatives and events for the game
Monitor the trends, gaming community and player sentiments and contribute to operation strategy
Coordinate between various teams to ensure tasks are done in adherence to the deadlines given
Maintain good documentation of all aspects of the market and KPIs for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information effortlessly

Job Requirements

A good degree, preferably an MBA qualified, from a recognised university
2+ years of experience in project management
Well rounded, adaptable and fast learner
Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills
Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and in a timely manner
Should be a gamer or have prior experience in gaming industry
Proficient in Bengali and English
