Esports Event Management – Free Fire (Contract)

Job Description

• Execute the esports strategy to grow the Free Fire competitive presence.
• Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major events end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee player onboarding and competition logistics.
• Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time.
• Track performance metrics and provide post-event insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
• Proficient in Thai and English.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
• Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
• Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
• Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
• Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
