At Gameloft, great games are built through teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail. We are looking for QA Tester Interns who are passionate about games and eager to learn how quality assurance helps create smooth, enjoyable, and polished player experiences.

As part of our QA team, you will support various game projects by testing features, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers to help improve game quality.

We are currently opening multiple internship positions for various game projects.

The recruitment process for QA Tester Interns will begin through the Beyond Testing: QA Masterclass program. Candidates will first participate in the masterclass, complete several challenges throughout the program, and selected participants will have the opportunity to be hired.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Your Main Challenge

Support the QA team in making sure our games provide fun, smooth, and enjoyable experiences for players across various game projects.

What It Means on a Daily Basis

You will:

  • Test gameplay features and experiences across various projects
  • Identify and report bugs found during testing
  • Support the QA process by following testing guidelines
  • Collaborate with the QA team and learn game development workflows
  • Provide feedback to help improve player experience

WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE

Within your first 1–2 months, you will learn our QA workflow, tools, and testing processes while working closely with the team.

By the end of the internship ( 6 Months), you are expected to identify issues, provide clear feedback, contribute independently to improving game quality and player experience, grow toward becoming a professional QA, and bring a positive impact to the team and work environment.

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH

You will work closely with the QA Lead in each team while collaborating with:

  • QA trainer
  • QA tester
  • Cross-functional collaboration with game developer teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Who You Are

  • Fresh graduate or max 1 year experience (open to all majors)
  • Plays games (mobile / PC / console) and able to give simple feedback on gameplay, UI, or experience
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Has ownership mindset and open to feedback
  • Shows initiative to improve things or suggest better ways of working
  • Basic ability to break down simple problems and think through possible scenarios
  • Communicates clearly (written & verbal)
  • Basic English (BI/B2 level English, able to understand instructions and write simple reports)
  • Interest in games or technology (AI/tools is a plus)
