Motion Designer

Main Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality marketing videos to attract, engage, and acquire players for our games.
• Own the full video production process, from concept and in-game capture to final delivery.
• Create and enhance animations (2D/3D), motion graphics, and visual effects for video ads.
• Optimize and adapt video content for multiple platforms, formats, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver on spec and on time.
• Ensure brand, IP, and visual consistency across all video materials.
• Continuously bring fresh creative ideas and stay up to date with gaming, video, and industry trends.

Key requirements:

• Strong creativity with solid experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop); knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of basic 3D animation, rendering workflows, and asset preparation.
• Ability to independently manage the full creative process and deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.
