You'll work closely with Senior Game Designers and other discipline teams to help create engaging game-play experiences while learning how player-first thinking and business goals come together in live games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior designers in designing and implementing game-play systems, features and LiveOps content under guidance.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining clear design documentation, including feature descriptions, flows and basic specs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like producers, UI/UX, art and programmers to ensure designs are well understood and implemented as intended.
  • Schedule/participate in playtesting, gather feedback and help iterate on features.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming and ideation sessions.
  • Review game builds frequently, identify and report issues.
  • Learn to analyse basic player data and provide feedback to understand how features/games perform.
  • Develop a strong understanding of player experience, usability, and core game loops.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve design skills and stay up to date with industry trends.

About You:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Game Design or equivalent experience through projects, internships, or shipped personal games, preferably on mobile (F2P).
  • Understanding of core game design fundamentals such as core loop, progression, player motivations and basic economy concepts, with the ability and willingness to deepen these skills on the job.
  • Passion for mobile games, with a deep desire to learn how live games work.
  • Able to play a game, break it down and clearly explain what makes it fun and engaging.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within expected timelines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals, user flows and player experience design.
  • Ability to think creatively while following established design direction.
  • Experience using common design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Confluence, or similar)

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re excited about games and feel you can grow into this role, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement listed.
