As an DevOps Intermediate Programmer, you will manage CI/CD deployment, monitoring, security, and performance optimization for cloud and on-premise environments, supporting game servers. You'll collaborate with development teams, develop automation scripts (Shell/Python/NodeJS), and actively contribute to Agile processes to improve efficiency, security, and code quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • System Operations & Infrastructure: Manage hosting, maintain systems, optimize performance, coordinate deployments, and provide production reliability for game servers.
  • Automation & Deployment: Execute CI/CD pipelines, build automation for deployments and environments, apply IaC, and contribute to delivery standards.
  • Observability, Monitoring & Optimization: Set up monitoring/logging , analyze metrics, and participate in incident resolution/improvements.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, automate compliance checks, and implement infrastructure/data protection.
  • Architecture & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to architecture decisions, solve technical challenges, and recommend improvements.

Main requirements:

  • 2-4 years as DevOps or working experience in related fields.
  • Experience with LAMP/LEMP technologies.
  • Experience with SQL databases, and NoSQL.
  • Proficient with Gitlab, Bitbucket, Docker and CI/CD.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, GatewayAPI, Cloudfront).
  • Experience with Kubernetes is required.
  • Experience with operating dedicated game servers.
  • Familiarity with game build pipelines and deployment processes for Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Good knowledge in JavaScript language and framework NodeJS / TypeScript.
  • Very good at research and development.
  • Strong knowledge in security and best practices, including game security and anti-cheat measures.
  • Autonomous, responsible and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and a quick learner.
  • Results-oriented, problem-solving and open minded.
  • Strong team spirit and a team player, with experience collaborating closely with game development teams.
