Sales & Community Lead

We’re hiring a Sales & CommunityLead at elias.audio

We’re a small team building a next-generation adaptive audio engine for games and interactive media.
Now we’re looking for the person who will help build our commercial engine.

The role combines:
• sales & lead generation
• marketing & visibility
• community presence in the game industry
• conferences and events

In the first 6 months, success means signing 2–3 customers and helping define our go-to-market path.

We’re looking for someone who:
• understands game production
• has a network in the game industry
• is technically literate
• enjoys starting conversations

Remote/hybrid. Base salary + potential equity.
