The Workplace Experience team oversees workplace environments and the related employee experience globally and provides and maintains spaces that are vibrant, fresh, branded, and inspiring. The team also provides relevant services and amenities that differentiate EA as an employer of choice and support EA's ability to attract and retain the talent needed to power our Company.

You, and the Workplace Experience team, will focus on our office environments, including building operations, health and safety, workplace design, onsite and contracted services, and employee community and events. You will work with the People Experience, Real Estate, IT, and Security Center of Excellence and teams for integrated programs and events. You will report to the Workplace Experience Manager (Site Lead). Workplace Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
You will directly oversee on-site services for:
Mail Services including Shipping and Receiving
EA Experience – Concierge, Company Store, Arcades, Help Desk
Janitorial Services
Waste Management
Provide direct support, project assistance, and tactical operational assistance to WE Site Lead
Develop effective working relationships with business units, partners, and stakeholders
You will understand vendor negotiations and rapport to keep costs within budget while ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail in all services/products received
Responsible for WE communications, in partnership with Site Lead
Develop and implement processes, procedures, and programming related to all Workplace Experience functions
Ensure content on websites and digital displays is fresh, relevant, and captivating
Provide support to Employee Engagement Lead including events, initiatives, and office tours
Introduce and implement new programming and services
Oversee company store swag orders, inventory, audits, financial reporting, and merchandising within EA
Experience:
You are accountable for studio cleanliness; aesthetic exceeds workplace experience standards with suggested improvements and enhancements to Site Lead
Accountable for studio walkthrough program – oversees vendor workplace inspections and weekly reporting, performs regular walkthrough inspections, escalation point for tickets queries, vendor accountability, compiles data and analytics
Oversee sustainability programming and data collection including new initiatives
Oversee the collection, and manage input, of utility consumption
Responsible for the following programs:
Community Garden
Electric Vehicle
Dogs
Plants
Chair of the Occupational Health and Safety program
EA representative/sponsor including leading monthly OHS meetings and ensuring inspections are completed
Submits bi-weekly payroll reports
Responsible for employee new hire and departure processes
Oversees and responds to Workplace Experience emails and Slack channels
Abilities:
Oversee multiple tasks & projects simultaneously and maintain a consistently high level of output
Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills; propose and execute approved processes, resolve issues within company policies and best practices while managing against numerous deadlines and being flexible with changing priorities
Strong customer service focus; communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide range of clients
Demonstrate proactive self-starter who needs little direction to initiate activities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
Vendor management skills; able to drive vendor relationships to a strategic end
Knowledge of building management, PPM’s maintenance, health and safety, budget administration, supervision of others & coordinating with outside contractors
Familiarity with the procurement of workplace services and products
Education and Experience:
High School diploma
College coursework or equipment, in a related area preferred
Two (2) years minimum of facilities experience in the gaming/tech industry desired
Hospitality experience preferred
