Our team moves quickly, collaborates closely, and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible on the platform. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Junior Producer to help streamline operations, support our leadership team and work with our partners. 

Role Overview

The Junior Producer will work directly with studio leadership to manage communication, coordinate workflows, and ensure the projects run smoothly day-to-day. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for emerging games and online communities. As the studio grows, you will grow into the operational backbone that frees up leadership to focus on creative direction and high-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership, developers, artists, QA, and external partners.

  • Maintain clear, consistent updates on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are moving and blockers are resolved.

Organization & Workflow Support

  • Manage task boards, documentation, and project tracking tools.

  • Help structure processes and pipelines as the studio scales.

  • Maintain production schedules and milestone calendars.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Track and manage invoices from contractors 

  • Handle emails, scheduling calls, and organizing meetings across time zones.

  • Help with research, note-taking, and preparing summaries or briefs.

Partnership & Business Support

  • Assist in early & late stage brand partnership outreach and tracking.

  • Support networking efforts: following up with contacts, logging relationships, maintaining relationships.

  • Eventually help manage partner deliverables, timelines, and communication.

Research & Market Awareness

  • Stay on top of emerging games, UGC trends, industry shifts, and new tools.

  • Provide competitive analysis and insights to inform game strategy.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 1–2 years experience in project management, production, coordination, support roles, or similar.

  • Strong communication skills — clear, respectful, and proactive.

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

  • Interest in emerging games & online communities

  • Proficiency / willingness to learn tools such as:

    • Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar

    • Google Workspace

    • Discord & communication apps

    • Basic spreadsheet/finance tracking

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in gaming, creator economy, or tech startups.

  • Familiarity with Creator / Game Dev / UGC development culture or live ops production.

  • Basic understanding of content creation or brand partnerships.

  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
