We are seeking an experienced Senior I.T. Product Manager. You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management on the Data and Insights product team. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of data-related products and platforms that enable our partners to gain valuable insights, make informed decisions, and optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the product strategy and roadmap for the Data and Insights AI portal, aligning with our overall mission and goals.
Conduct data research, data analysis, and calculation analysis to understand the data quality and any gaps.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
Lead product development cycles, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of product features.
Establish data standards, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and security while ensuring effective data utilization.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, focusing on delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences that address customer needs.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Effectively communicate the product roadmap, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and clients.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the Data and Insights products, and evaluate performance and driving continuous improvement.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product development and implementation, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative product management culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or an Advanced degree.
7 - 10 years of proven experience in product management roles, with a strong emphasis on data-related products and technologies.
Solid understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making processes.
Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Python, Redshift would be beneficial
Excellent analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience launching and managing complex products throughout their lifecycle.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $130,250 - $199,400
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $120,450 - $199,400
Jersey City, NJ: $147,400 - $199,400
Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $120,450 - $161,750
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $120,450 - $188,600
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
