As a Senior Product Designer at EA reporting to the Digital Experiences Senior Product Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Digital Experiences ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of designing user-centric experiences for our new web platform and other digital initiatives. We're looking for a creative and experienced designer who is not only passionate about gaming but also possesses the ability to think critically, solve complex design problems, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design and user experience strategy for our new web platform and other digital projects, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and user expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and artists, to gather requirements, translate them into design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate with other designers to foster a creative and collaborative design environment, sharing insights, techniques, and innovative ideas.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously enhance your skill set and the team's capabilities.
You'll also bring the following skills or experiences to our team:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms, apps, or related digital products. Complete UX skills: problem discovery, solution generation, concept creation, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping, competitive analysis, customer journey mapping, applying design systems and producing deliverables for development.
Familiarity with enterprise content management systems, design systems, consumer-facing products, and multi-destination publishing platforms (create once, publish everywhere).
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma or others.
General awareness of web and mobile technology (i.e., JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to design intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience with design systems, demonstrating the ability to create and maintain consistent design patterns and guidelines.
Passion for gaming and a keen interest in exploring innovative design approaches within the gaming industry.
Experience in Multi Platform Interface Design such as: Gaming consoles, Web ecosystems, VR & AR and Native IOS and Android apps is a plus.
