About the Position

As an important member of the FC Mobile live service team, you need to coordinate internal and external teams for us. You will work with our Live Service Designer under the leadership of the Live Producer to run the daily operations of FC Mobile. You need to identify player pain points in various types of feedback for us and coordinate with the development team for feature development and also need to participate in the live event design. Responsibilities

  • Participate in the global operation of FC Mobile and work with the operations team to achieve product goals.

  • Collect feedback from users and partners inside and outside EA, and arrange it into daily development tasks and manage the schedule based on the priority.

  • Assist the live service team in dealing with emergency issues.

  • Participate in the design and configuration of operational activities, and work with the R&D team to complete and accept development tasks. Follow up and improve operational activities.

Qualifications

  • 4 or more years' experience in operations or designing for a live project, overseas experience a plus

  • Experience with mobile game design and operation.

  • Proficiency in English skills.

  • Knowledge with football.

  • Good presentation skills.
