Role Overview As a Lead Product Manager you will drive business performance goals by driving actionable product insights and recommendations to shape the identity of FC Mobile. This role is highly collaborative, and requires working with cross functional teams across the North American west coast and China. You will work with other PMs, analysts, designers, community managers and developers to provide learnings to influence the growth strategy of the product. This role will balance both qualitative and quantitative data to paint a clear picture on where to prioritize efforts to reach our growth goals. As the world’s most popular mobile sports game, expert knowledge of mobile free-to-play best practices and feature sets are key to success.
This role reports to the Director of Product Management on the FC Mobile team.
Responsibilities
Build forecasting pipeline and business performance goals
Responsible for creating process and pipelines for competitive intelligence
Influence product initiatives and partner with design team to drive business success
Partner with operations team to evaluate live service tools and other opportunities
Drive and set targets for business opportunities; working with key stakeholders to define
Provide creative solutions to persistent challenges
Lead product strategy and prioritization discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature impact assessments and provide actionable recommendations that will affect future iterations
Identify and analyze industry best practices for optimization, merchandising and feature implementation
Drive user and competitive research to identify user segments, highlight areas of opportunity and present actionable findings to the team
Articulate insights methodologies and learnings to target audiences appropriately (ie: execs, x-function leaders, designers, engineers, community, etc)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations or analytics; mobile free-to-play games experience required
Proficient in data modeling; both predictive and prescriptive analytics
Experience driving business performance metrics across cross-functional teams
Translate design to business targets and goals
Ability to influence with examples of data based decision making
Data-driven mindset, critical thinking, attention to detail, collaborative, and adaptability
Must have the passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas and influence other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally
Must love creating fun, compelling and engaging user experiences
Demonstrates scientific method aptitude of testing qualitative hypothesis with quantitative data
Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems and features, and core game loops
Relentless curiosity to understand the market movers and shakers
Ability to meet (via Zoom) with international teams in SEA a plus
Experience managing and/or deep understanding of Sports games or character collector games a plus
BA/BS, quantitative or technical degree (math, economics, data science, engineering, or finance), or MBA a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $140,700 - $204,700 USD Annually
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $125,300 - $204,700 USD Annually
Jersey City, NJ : º $164,800 - $204,700 USD Annually
Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $125,300 - $198,100 USD Annually
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
