Our team, the IT Player Experience Engineering team’s goal is to build applications and services to improve experiences for millions of fans worldwide.

Report to: Director, Architecture

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop solutions for complex business problems using modern Salesforce constructs and custom development.

  • Estimate engineering efforts during different stages of project life cycle

  • Initiate and create experiences in partnership with distributed teams to ensure the architectural vision is supported and delivered to the highest standards

  • Build integrations with internal and external systems hosted in cloud.

  • Track development deliverables and communicate their status to global teams

  • Provide architectural guidance to quality assurance on all new code from beginning through integration, staging and production environments

  • Exhibit creativity while collaborating and working with designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers

  • Coach/guide 2-4 lead developers in accomplishing architecture, design and implementation goals in addition to individual contribution in coding

  • Manage end-to-end development architecture, thus ensuring the code written to implement the architecture and design meets the highest standards regarding code quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience working with the Salesforce stack, complemented with few years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies

  • Demonstrate experience in architecting and constructing large scale enterprise applications

  • Over four years of hands-on development and architectural experience in custom development with Salesforce Apex, Lightening, LWC on Salesforce platform.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their applicability in addressing complex business issues.

  • Experienced with Salesforce Service Cloud and adept at building custom integrations on the Salesforce platform.

  • Proficient in Omnichannel implementation, including chat, phone, and email.

  • Experienced in managing and handling large volumes of data and transactions within Salesforce.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes and proven experience working on Agile projects with geographically distributed teams.

  • Proficient in UI/JavaScript frameworks, demonstrating a good understanding of user interface design.

  • Skilled in building Restful services and demonstrating a good understanding of integration principles.

  • Good understanding of both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

  • Proficient in Amazon Connect/CTI.
