The Challenge Ahead The modern business landscape is a dynamic and unpredictable arena, with reputations potentially impacted by every news cycle and social media trend. As a reputation management intern, you will play an instrumental role in helping to protect and enhance our reputation as we navigate sensitive topics and issues - from initial fact-finding and message development to media monitoring and impact assessment.


  • Assist in development of messaging and communication plans

  • Conduct research on relevant topics and trends

  • Monitor media and social channels for potential risks

  • Prepare briefing materials for internal stakeholders

  • Participate in scenario planning exercise

  • Assist in analyzing the impact and effectiveness of crisis management strategies

  • Contribute to regular reports on potential risks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and consistency

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information


  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Demonstrated interest in corporate reputation management

Desired Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze complex issues

  • Understanding of news media and social media landscapes

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Experience with media/social media monitoring and analysis tools is a plus, but not required
