Mobile Growth Team Operations accelerates the efforts of the Mobile Growth Team by improving communications across our teams and holding things together. We link, collaborate, and look for opportunities to help everyone win. In joining us, you will work with marketing, multiple game studios, creative, data analytics, and many more teams. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and the Senior Director of Operations. You will be remote/hybrid in Toronto.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be empowered to:

    • Investigate Mobile Growth Team product and project needs

    • Suggest and run workflows, processes, and communications for a variety of teams

    • Use multiple project management systems (Unito, Airtable, Asana, JIRA) to track work and report progress

    • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by team leadership

  • You will create:

    • Collaborative Agile pods

    • Impactful and meaningful presentations

    • Clear, detailed documentation

  • Your success will be measured by:

    • Acceleration impact of assigned work

    • Deadlines met regarding time and completeness

    • Partner/customer evaluations and feedback

Your Qualifications

  • Lead stand-ups, sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other development rituals and ceremonies

  • Communicate tasks, timelines, delivery deadlines, and progress to both developers and leadership

  • Use Project Management tools

  • Implement operational plans together with team leadership

  • 1+ years of experience in an Operations or Game Development role

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $45,900 - $72,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
