You will report to Director, FP&A

Business Partnering & Systems

  • Provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as P&L, R&D, COGS, M&S & Live Services

  • Reviewing forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing the changes to ensure smooth forecasting

  • Collaborate with Commercial team on long range, annual and quarterly revenue forecasts

  • Own and manage the Total Company reporting. Work closely with Finance and Business stakeholders every Estimates

  • Provide analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance

  • Identify and lead global projects to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes

  • Partner with finance partners, identify challenges on Revenue loads and suggesting changes – Regular catchups with various finance partners

  • Work closely with Finance Partners in order to manage risk and opportunities to maintain financial goals

  • Lead efforts in driving system enhancement and issue resolution for our financial reporting systems from ideation through implementation and stabilization.

  • Foster collaboration and drive process and system improvements in partnership with the Financial Systems and Analytics team, and partners across the Finance and IT teams.

Financial Close, Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis support:

  • Partner with the finance partners to manage close deliverables, timelines, process, and reporting

  • Responsible for Total Company Close and Estimate reporting

  • Preparation of forecast decks, including commentary for leadership meetings

  • Ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership on variety of areas such as Revenue, P&Ls & R&D

  • Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable flexibility in spend and analysis Drive FP&A Excellence

  • Manage and develop 4 direct reports (Supervisors)

  • Identify and lead projects to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes

  • Provide timely feedback to the team members on performance

  • Identify challenges across Enterprise FP&A teams, streamline and automate processes that will improve accuracy and reduce time

  • Report Standardization - Ensure the reporting is consistent across FP&A teams

Qualifications:

  • Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Accounting related field preferred.

  • 12+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience

  • 7+ years of experience in People Management

  • Experience in delivering large projects working with multiple teams outside finance

  • Demonstrated passion for learning and growing

. • Highly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

  • Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.

  • Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy. Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization.

  • Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi is a plus
