The Role

The Asset Localization team provides translation services for on-screen, audio, mobile, online, documentation, marketing, legal, HR, and many other types of texts by using external vendors. The Localization Transaction team (LTM) is responsible for actioning and following up any financial transactions from purchase order creation to vendor payments.

Your contribution will be:

  • to timely and correct internal project billing

  • to a predictable and accurate monthly billing/spending

  • to a smooth invoicing process for our vendors

Success in this role will be measured on:

  • Correct and timely EPOs

  • Timely billing

  • Smooth invoicing process

  • Sharing timely feedback to improve the process.

How your day would look like:

  • Create Electronic Purchase Orders (EPOs) on a daily basis for our translation vendors

  • Perform the receiving of the Electronic Purchase Orders (EPOs) after we have received the translation work.

  • Perform various sanity checks on missing wordcounts, rates, costs, receipts etc.

  • Identify variances, mistakes and issues and fix them.

  • Share the EPOs with our external vendors so they can invoice their work.

You fit the bill if you have:

  • Good Time management and organizational skills

  • Understands the Electronic Purchase Order system

  • Basic understanding of MS Excel

  • Working knowledge of Oracle tool (is a plus)

  • Solution and service-oriented attitude

  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
