The EAX team is leading the strategy and implementation of important projects for EA's community of players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These projects include EA app, EA Social and EA Play. In your role as Live Operations Specialist for EAX Support, you will focus on driving key projects within our team, looking for efficiencies and working with our partners & development teams.
You're someone with a track record in Live Operations including the following:
Develop working relationships with senior members of EAX Support and the wider organization, by guiding a higher quality player experience through tasks such as continuous improvement projects.
Drive process development and issue ownership by building relationships with multiple partners within EA and external.
Work with the engineering and operations team to agree on and implement ongoing improvements to process, metrics, and framework.
Takes a proactive approach towards gathering requirements from a variety of stakeholders and developing them into solutions.
Creates and contributes to ongoing maintenance of documentation & planning materials.
Ensures consistency across all internal reporting while adhering to privacy policies and measures to protect confidential data.
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency of operations.
Drives reporting automation to free up capacity.
You also bring the following skills or experiences to our team:
1+ years experience in Project Management.
1+ years of work experience in an analytical and reporting capacity.
Ability to craft insightful and compelling data-based stories, presentations, and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders.
Experience with business intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics with a strong preference given to candidates familiar with PowerBI.
Familiar with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
ITIL qualification or experience.
Articulate and professional speaking and writing abilities.
Culture of learning, ability and hunger to take on new challenges.
You can work with our customers and partners, both technically and non-technically.
Experience in online services or gaming industry is desirable.

This role is a remote-friendly role and the core hours will be 09:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri.
You will be reporting to the EAX SupportOps Manager.
As part of a predefined schedule, it is expected that this role will include late evening shifts.
It is also expected you will work on public holidays if this is required.
