In EA's Worldwide Customer Experience (WWCE) team, we help our players wherever they are, whenever they need, get the most from their games. We aim to make EA known for taking care of its players.

And we'd like you to join us. We're hiring a Customer Experience (CX) 12-month contract Publishing and Content Management Associate.

As a Publishing and Content Management Associate, you’ll join the WWCE Publishing & Optimization team and report to the Senior Manager, Publishing & Optimization. You’ll make decisions about the best place for players to get help and put those decisions into action by publishing updates to the content on our help website. You’ll also publish new content as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll work within multiple content management systems (CMS) to publish and manage content for our knowledge base, and digital help sites.

  • You’ll review web content, decide where it should link to, and publish updates to those links.

  • You’ll review the processes our customer support team uses to help our players and find opportunities to create similar content for EA players and fans.

  • You’ll be expected to manage your own workload to meet your publishing deadlines.

  • You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in different time zones so communication and documentation will be especially important.

  • This role offers a flexible schedule with core working hours between 11:30 am - 8:30 pm (IST)

Qualifications:

  • You have 1+ years of professional experience in digital content management, web publishing, or web development.

  • You have experience with publishing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Lightning.

  • You have experience using Jira or JaaS to manage your workload

  • You possess strong time management skills and can meet weekly deadlines.

  • You have excellent English-language reading and writing skills.

  • You’re comfortable with the Google Drive Suite (Google docs and sheets).

  • You have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

  • It’s a plus if you’re interested in the video gaming or digital/social gaming industry.
