Responsibilities:

  • Translate design strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.

  • Create stunning and functional and elegant solutions for EA SPORTS FC and its UI Design System, which includes layout, composition, photo editing, iconography, typography, and motion design.

  • Deliver detailed design for end-to-end interactive behaviors ranging from macro interactive moments to micro interactive details. Craft interactive motion videos that illustrate the design, including slow-motion references to provide implementation guidance.

  • Design experience sets that bring all relevant elements together, defining connective tissue, emotion, aesthetic, comprehension, and creative direction for navigated player journeys.

  • Collaborate with UX Design, Game Design, Art and Production to understand their vision and design the best pathways to guide our players through the menus and options.

  • Provide technical support for implementation.

  • You will report to a project manager responsible for an area.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, AE etc.

  • Strong visual and motion design skills (i.e., composition, layout, typography, motion and color theory)

  • Knowledge of usability principles and designing for accessibility, diversity, and inclusivity.

  • Collaborative mindset to participate in a transparent and learning culture within the team.

  • 3D design experience (Maya, C4D, KeyShot)

  • A portfolio of work that displays proficiency in visual design, animation, and storytelling.
