About the Position

We are looking for a Development Management person to join our FIFA Mobile team in Kuala Lumpur. You will report to Studio development director. You will manage the development scrum teams including artists, designers, software engineers, QA, and other production staff. You are the keepers of the project schedule and play an important role in successfully moving the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring a focus on product quality, collaboration and communication. You will partner with producers and leaders in different territories to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Build up and maintain the project roadmap/schedule with an estimation of the scope of work;

  • Support Development Director to manage the project.

  • Facilitate team capacity planning to meet the product requirements;

  • Update task status and progress, support team as needed;

  • Create milestone report and ensure the deliverables on time and quality;

  • Manage budget for procurement, travel and outsourcing;

  • Identify and manage risks within the domain and escalate when appropriate

  • Apply creativity and lesson learned to solve the problem.

  • Able communicating with project stakeholders clearly and effectively

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Project Management experience.

  • Experiences on managing projects in SCRUM or Game project management will be a plus.

  • Able to maintain a relation across all levels of an organization.

  • PMP Certification an asset will be a plus.

  • Fluent English and Mandarin.
