To allow our game makers to create fantastic experiences, they need high-quality tools which evolve over the years. This is where Frostbite Quality Assurance comes in.
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving software quality to lead our Frostbite QA teams based in our Vancouver studio. You will be reporting to the Global Frostbite QA leader.

Collaborate across a diverse group of project leaders and development partners
Scenario planning to guide the decision-making process
Align all involved teams towards the outlined goals and guide your team to achieve milestones at quality
Implement and share new ways of improving operational efficiency and increasing predictability
Foster relationships with Frostbite Engineering and other disciplines to align on Quality deliverables
Identify resourcing needs, guide and develop changes to talent, skills and practices to accomplish operational and strategic goals.
manage the professional development of team members, establish goals with team members based on their personal development plans and organize one-to-one meetings
manage performance and conduct annual reviews together with peers and management;
resolve challenges in a collaborative way, ensuring team satisfaction;
monitor and evolve talent skill mix, using training and active recruitment plans and strategies
promote a culture of diversity and inclusion and maintain an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration
You are passionate about managing creative teams.
You have 5+ years of project management or team leadership experience
3+ years of experience as a people manager
You are knowledgeable about quality assurance and software testing methodologies
You always know the status of your project and can share that information with any audience.
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $93,700 - $153,900 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
