The Infrastructure and Platform Services team (IPS), in the Central Technology organization of EA is the backbone of EA’s global gaming ecosystem, delivering the technology that powers EA’s live games and player experiences. IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA's game studios. The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group, represents the platform side of Infrastructure & Platform Services (IPS) organization. EADP provides central services that help game teams to tap into the power of the global EA ecosystem. Compatible across multiple platforms and devices, our platform empowers teams to foster deeper, more meaningful relationships with our players. The EADP is the foundation on which EA's games are built. By providing reusable capabilities that game teams can easily integrate into their games, we allow them to focus on making incredible games. These building blocks are made up of high-level service platforms including Cloud, Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social.
We’re hiring a Senior Developer Relations Manager in Shanghai to serve as EADP’s primary point of contact for FC Mobile teams, Asia Publishing, Asia-based studios, and key regional external partners.
You will build trusted relationships with studio leadership (GMs, Technical Directors, Production) and represent the “voice of the customer” inside EADP. You’ll partner closely with EADP Product, Program, Engineering, and Operations to ensure regional teams get the right solutions—on schedule and at expected quality.
In this role, you’ll translate platform capabilities into clear guidance, drive alignment across teams, unblock delivery, and coordinate execution across EA and partners. In addition, you will project manage specific development projects undertaken by local game teams and partners working closely with global IPS platform engineering teams.
The role requires presence in our Shanghai office, as per local office rules. You may also travel to our partners' sites in South Korea, Vietnam, for example, as needed. You will join an established team of international Dev-Rel staff, reporting to the Developer Relations Director.
