We at Electronic Arts (EA) are looking for an accomplished Senior Data Scientist to join our Marketing Data Science Team.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will improve data-driven decisions and develop data science solutions and products for our partners. You will apply advanced analytics and Machine Learning to improve marketing strategies and increase business growth.

You will join the growing Marketing Data Science team in the Marketing Intelligence department. You will be reporting to the manager of Marketing Data Science.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply your expertise in ML, Data Science, and AI to identify business problems within the marketing domain.

  • Collaborate with teams to gather and understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions that align with our goals.

  • Use your coding skills in both R and Python to write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.

  • Identify sources of biases in data and models and reduce models' biases to increase the inclusivity and positive social impact of the data science works.

  • Lead other data scientists and analysts, guiding them in best practices and encouraging a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

  • Use your data storytelling to present findings to diverse partners, making complex topics understandable to non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Physics, Bioinformatics, Complex Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in the industrial domain, demonstrating experience delivering impactful solutions.

  • Proficiency in writing clean and professional code in R and Python for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

  • You think critically about problems and suggest creative ways to overcome problems while ensuring fairness and inclusivity of the solutions.

  • Excellent data storytelling, allowing you to deliver complex concepts to partners with different backgrounds.

This is a hybrid role and we would expect you to attend our Guildford office a couple of days per week
