As an Audio Artist in Tiburon Audio you will work on the highly anticipated return of the College Football franchise. We are set to bring an experience embracing and building upon everything that makes this franchise so special. Your role will contribute audio to build the range of rich, interactive, vibrant soundscapes our fans expect from the game. We're looking for a generalist, whose responsibilities will focus on sound design and implementation of sounds in game.
Reporting to the Development Director and taking direction from the Audio Leads, you have experience in post-production and in all phases of audio design and production, with proficiency in more than one key component β sound design, music, voice production, and implementation. You have a passion for video games, with an overwhelming desire to create an outstanding audio experience.
Responsibilities
Audio post production for in-game video content
Follow a schedule and submit final audio files on or before required deadlines
Edit and implement audio assets directly in our audio tools and game engine
Create quality audio assets in line with the vision and goals of the title(s)
Sound design of source elements and/or speech editing, naming and file organization
Submit finalized audio assets through Perforce (P4V) on or before required deadlines
Quality control review of project(s)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years game audio, post-production, or music production (or equivalent)
Comfortable with modern audio creation equipment, software, signal flow, and recording techniques
Expert in at least one DAW (Protools or Reaper)
Proficient using audio development tools, technology, and pipelines. (e.g. Wwise/Fmod/Unreal/Unity)
Experience with version control tools (ex. Perforce)
Proficient with at least one game audio implementation tool and understanding of game audio implementation best practices
