Madden NFL is developed at EAโ€™s Tiburon Studio in Orlando, FL, and Madrid, Spain by a team that prides itself on innovation and creative collaboration. We are looking for talent with a passion for sports to create experiences that connect with millions of football fans around the world to grow the love of the sport. As the Acquisition Specialist, you are focused on delivering data that will allow the art and animation teams to create best-in-class visual experiences. The focus will be to ensure quality for all types of acquisition, aligning on priorities, and adhering to the production schedule. Your position will require assisting with the coordination of acquisition efforts as well as an understanding of the various acquisition technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a prioritized list of acquisition targets as well as assist in the coordination efforts of all acquisition efforts.

  • Will liaise with external companies and internal teams to coordinate acquisition efforts.

  • Works with other studios and departments within EA regarding research and development of acquisition technologies.

  • Partners closely throughout planning and production to ensure all decisions impacting scheduling, quality and cost are understood.

  • Stays current within the acquisition industry to ensure the studio is pioneering new acquisition techniques and is utilizing the industry-leading tools and processes.

Qualifications:

Incorporating a broad range of skills and disciplines, the ideal candidate will have a background working with and evaluating the quality of acquisition data.

  • Background working with both static and motion acquisition data with a knowledge of content creation workflows/pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of traditional photogrammetry.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Background and/or professional experience in artistic/visual field of study required.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal daily supervision.

  • Possess passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive quality and authenticity in the games we make.

  • Knowledge the following software or similar packages.

  • Reality Capture

  • Agisoft

  • Shotgrid

  • Trello

  • Google Suite

  • VX Elements

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $95,450 - $141,800

  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $89,200 - $141,800

  • Jersey City, NJ: $105,250 - $141,800

  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $89,200 - $118,550

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $89,200 - $130,750

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
